Cancellation Policy
I ask for 72 hours notice if you need to cancel, reschedule or make service adjustments to your appointment.
My booking system will send you a reminder at 72 hours… So you are able to let me know AT THAT TIME if your needs have changed and you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, for any reason!
At 48 hrs notice - a cancel or reschedule request will incur a 50% charge on the total of your services booked.
At 24 hrs or less notice - a cancel or reschedule request will incur a 100% charge on the total of your services booked.
Exceptions to this are EMERGENCIES and last minute ILLNESS of you or a child you must attend to.
